Things Can Get Better
Welcome. I’m Angela.
I am both a child play therapist, as well as a mind and body oriented counselor. I use play therapy for the younger clients while integrating the mind and body. For adolescent and adult clients, I focus on balancing the rational and emotional mind; bringing in dialectic thinking; and explore spiritual paths, as part of the counseling process.
Do you have a child who is struggling with not being able to communicate with his/her peers and adults in their life? Or do you know someone struggling with depression, anxiety, or suicidal thoughts? Are you wanting to find a way to understand where your child is coming from or come back to a healthy state of wellbeing? This is where I can help. Things can get better!
